Jeana K. Poloni
Jeana K. Poloni joined the law firm in 2011 after working for the Office of the City Attorney in Spokane Valley, Washington. Her practice emphasizes residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, housing discrimination complaint defense, and real estate litigation. She is a regular speaker and author on topics related to fair housing and landlord-tenant law.
Ms. Poloni received her law degree cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010. During law school, she served as an extern to Commissioner Wasson of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III. She also interned at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Portland after studying international law in Florence, Italy, through Gonzaga's study abroad program.
Ms. Poloni received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah with a major in Speech Communication, emphasizing on argumentation and critical decision making. She also received an Associate's Degree from the College of Eastern Utah majoring in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies.
During law school, Ms. Poloni was actively involved in the Women's Law Caucus and served as secretary during her third year. She was also a semi-finalist in Linden Cup, an oral advocacy competition. After her graduation from law school, she became an active member of the Spokane County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division from 2010-2011. Ms. Poloni currently serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Utah Seattle Alumni Chapter.
Ms. Poloni is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association.
